Overview

It is the primary responsibility of the Inventory Control Clerk to enter data into the computer and assist with administrative duties. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
 
Specific Job Functions:
 
  • Enter items into the computer as they are received and match paperwork
  • Answer phones, assist callers, take messages or direct to the appropriate areas as needed
  • Perform various administrative duties including scanning, copying, faxing and filing
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain information
  • Count inventory in the warehouse as needed
  • Communicate with purchasing and various property departments
  • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Six months clerical experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor a must
  • Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms
  • Must be able to work any shift.
