Overview

It is the primary responsibility of the Clerk / Runner to maintain all functions assigned to the Office Services Department. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

 

Specific Job Functions:

  • Drive office services van to designated destinations as required.
  • Process incoming and outgoing packages and assist with reconciliation of such.
  • Maintain and support the Office Depot program.
  • Maintain and support the records management for both on and off property storage.
  • Keep the Office Service Department in a neat and orderly fashion at all times.
  • Answer telephones while in the office and prioritize all call requests with daily functions.
  • Maintain records and files of all necessary activities.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Be able to manage a multi line phone system and communicate well with guests and staff.
  • Make common sense decisions when necessary, self starter, self motivated
  • Accept growth and embrace change
