It is the primary responsibility of the Special Events Attendant to assist with various special event/marketing/promotion functions. Attendants are the customer service representation of this department. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Specific Job Functions:
Provide excellent customer service when working with guests at events.
Assist with ongoing special events including Slot & Table tournaments, golf tournaments, floor promotions, player parties/events and handle additional tasks as identified.
Must be able to interact well with internal and external guests and work as a team.
Must present a well-groomed business appropriate appearance and adhere to TI employee handbook.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Must be able to work in a fast paces environment with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work indoors/outdoors and various shifts, including any day of the week, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance and work at a desk for long period of time.
Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 40lbs (stanchions, boxes, signage, etc…) items required for special events/promotions.
Clerical/labor work (scoring keeping, operates office equipments, data entry, filing, operate photography camera, printers, gift assembly, folding shirts, etc…).
