  • Overview

    It is the primary responsibility of the Employee Services Clerk to provide administrative support to the employee services department. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.
     
    Specific Job Functions:
     
    ·         Provide excellent customer services to all employees
    ·         Work employee services window and assume payroll duties
    ·         Handle general inquiries
    ·         Serve as a liaison to payroll corporate office
    ·         Answer multi-line phone system, take messages or direct to the appropriate department
    ·         Assist employees with Information Station
    ·         Order name badges and other services provided by the property
    ·         Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

    Responsibilities/Qualifications

    • Six months clerical experience required
    • Must have excellent customer service skills
    • Professional appearance and demeanor a must
    • Written communications skills preferred
    • Bilingual Spanish preferred
    • Graphic design skills preferred
