    It is the primary responsibility of the Food Server to provide the highest quality food and beverage service in a high-volume, fast-paced twenty-four hour Room Service environment. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
     
    It is the primary responsibility of the Food Server – Room Service to provide the highest quality food and beverage service in a high-volume, fast-paced twenty-four hour Room Service environment.     Specific Job Functions:
     
    ·         Provide prompt, friendly, courteous and cheerful food and beverage service to our in-
              room guests
    ·         Serve alcoholic beverages to guests and verify age of any guest who looks under the age
              of thirty
    ·         Alert Management immediately if any guest appears to be intoxicated
    ·         Follow specified service / ticket times and alert management immediately of any 
              variations
    ·         Thank guests for dining
    ·         Establish eye contact with guests
    ·         Maintain cleanliness of the entire outlet including the floors, tables, equipment and
              counters
    ·         Maintain complete familiarity with menu items and specials
    ·         Follow uniform and appearance standards
    ·         Maintain a working knowledge and remain informed of casino events and promotions
    ·         Ensure tables are properly set, side stations are clean and side work is properly done
    ·         Set tables with flatware, linen, centerpiece and glassware according to specified 
              standards
    ·         Offer additional service to ensure a satisfactory dining experience
    ·         Assist with initial guest complaints and inform manager on duty immediately
    ·         Render outstanding guest service at all times
    ·         Maintain the ability to service a minimum of four tables
    ·         Remain in control during high-volume situations
    ·         Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

    Responsibilities/Qualifications

    • One year food service experience required in large tray full-service or in-room dining service.
    • Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms
    • Professional appearance and demeanor a must
    • High School Diploma is required
    • Must be able to work any shift.
