  • Overview

    It is the primary responsibility of the Slot Parts/Inventory Administrator to maintain all aspects of Slot parts and inventory under the direction of the Slot Tech Manager. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

     

    Specific Job Functions:

     

    • Research and order and maintain parts inventory for Slot department
    • Maintain detailed machine records
    • Create and generate reports
    • Communicate and schedule work-orders and maintenance projects
    • Do preventive maintenance and diagnostics on card shufflers
    • Move machines and inventory from gaming floor and storage facilities
    • Parts Administrator occasionally has to go off property to pick up and deliver parts
    • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

    Responsibilities/Qualifications

    • Must have or be able to obtain Gaming Registration
    • Professional appearance and demeanor a must
    • Excellent computer and organizational skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL preferred
    • Must be able to type 60 WPM
    • Inventory control, purchasing experience required
    • Previous slot technical or manufacturer experience preferred
    • Self motivated a must
    • Must be capable of moderate to heavy lifting, full mobility
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record last three years
